One that gets your clients real results, reflects the quality of your 1:1 work, and generates revenue without requiring you to show up for every single hour of it.

THAT'S what we build here.

Imagine launching an offer you're genuinely proud of.

"Working with Lauren has been WONDERFUL. She took the chaotic mess of information floating through my brain and transformed it into something that I'm SO proud of, and feels like years of hard work coming to fruition. I'm probably not the easiest client to work with, but she rose to the occasion and encouraged me every step of the way. I'm walking away knowing I have a strong, strategic business partner and a friend, too!"

Would you recommend working with Lauren to a friend or colleague? 100%. I would tell them you're the absolute best and that if you want to add an offer to your suite that gives your students or clients the best experience then working with you is an absolute MUST.

And at some point, that actually becomes the problem

You're good at what you do. Really good.

Your calendar is full. Every dollar still requires you. And the offer that was supposed to change that is still sitting in a Google Doc somewhere, half-built, waiting for a version of you that has more time.

You don't need more time. You need someone to build it with you.

1:1 client

"Working with Lauren has completely expanded my mind when it comes to learning and building out a program."

I have so much confidence moving forward with future programs and courses because I have a deeper understanding of what it means to lead someone through a process so that things stick and they can actually implement the knowledge to make positive, proactive changes.

what your future could look like (sooner than you think)

"Lauren is a perfect blend of a highly educated teach and a chill friend who doesn't want to give you any fluff"

I was trying to build out a group program for about a year when I realized I wasn't going to do it alone and once I found Lauren I not only realized that I needed accountability and support getting it done, but I also realized that I wanted to create something in the highest integrity and intention so my clients would WANT to finish the program and get amazing results, not just buy another course to sit on the shelf.

1:1 client

"I feel so much more aligned within myself."

I was able to better articulate what my core values are in my work and personal life. I now have better tools to build a plan on what steps to take to ensure my core values are maintained for long term well being. Lauren helped me tease out what was a distraction and what was important/meaningful to me personally so that I can better achieve my future goals.

"She guides you to create a no fluff, potent AF program that you're proud and excited to sell"

Showing up to the calls with Lauren is like going to a coffee shop with your best friend who wants to help you build your business. (if your friend was a master at learning design though!). She is funny, kind, makes the best suggestions and guides you to create a no fluff, potent AF program that you're proud and excited to sell.

"Working with Lauren was an absolutely amazing experience"

Lauren was kind and thoughtful in her questions and how she directed our conversation. I really enjoyed some of her questions as they challenged me to look at some of my feelings and actions in a different light. She made sure to understand what I wanted out of coaching and ensured I felt like I got what I needed.

1:1 client

"Lauren has been excellent: professional and bold in her coaching style"

I always came away with a clearer vision of what was important to me - and the issues that she coached me on became manageable and actions executable. I always felt 'seen, heard, and understood' which was the goal for me. I would absolutely recommend Lauren for executive coaching!

So how does it actually work...?

bringing your expertise to life involves focusing on your business's gpa...

A scalable offer that still requires you to personally hold it together isn't actually scalable. So before we call it done, we make sure the operations, the client experience, and the systems are seamless enough that you could actually step away from your laptop on a Tuesday and nothing would catch fire... while keeping the client experience top of mind.

Automation

Before we build anything, we figure out what you actually want your life to look like. Not just your business goals, your life. The business model comes second, because there's no point building a gorgeous scalable offer that runs you into the ground or pulls you further from the life you started this thing for.

Goals

We take everything living in your head, your methodology, your client results, your weird roundabout way of explaining the thing that somehow always lands, and we build it into something that works outside of your brain. Offer structure, curriculum design, learning outcomes, delivery format, all of it. Your expertise deserves a program as good as you are.

how is this different than regular business coaching?

Curriculum development focuses on building your programs - the courses, retreats, or educational experiences you're creating for clients. We of course focus your offer suite on what you want your business and your LIFE to focus on, but the 1:1 here is so much more than a strict marketing, sales, and operations program. I am asking you to go deep! Create something incredible.

back

Do you work with people outside the coaching industry?

Absolutely. I've worked with therapists, service providers, corporate training programs, nonprofits, podcast managers, consultants and fractional experts, keynote speakers, and more. If you have expertise worth scaling, we can build curriculum around it.

back

what happens after four months?

Most clients choose to continue on a month-to-month basis after the initial four-month commitmen. We'll evaluate what makes sense as we approach the end of your initial commitment.
